"This is the third time that we have stayed at this hotel and you can tell by that that we rate it very highly. The staff are delightful, the rooms are nicely appointed in the local style of furniture, and the location is incredibly convenient for walking, the spa, and for access to public transport for longer trips.
We particularly like the breakfast spread which strongly features local produce and even some home-made gems and Kombucha. There’s a different bread every day, several local cheeses, and an excellent Bircher muesli.
The hotel is located on a quiet street in the old part of Scuol and is decorated in the Engadine style… there is plenty of charm to go around! There is a bus stop connecting you to the station just a few metres from the building, or you can walk up to the station in about 15 minutes. The hotel provides suggested recreational events and walks every day ranging from hiking through mountain meadows to musical performances in the region. As with other hotels here, you get a travel pass which makes transportation around the area very straightforward.
It’s important to note that the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, but there are plenty of options nearby and the restaurant has arrangements with some local hotels so visitors can access their half-board evening menu."
