Holiday flat on the outer Heinzenberg with a great panorama of the Domleschg valley. The holiday flat is barrier-free and suitable for wheelchair users.Ideally located for all winter sports enthusiasts and nature lovers. There are 37 ski areas within a radius of 5 - 60 minutes by car. In summer, you can go hiking and biking right from the front door and enjoy river rafting in the Rhine or golfing within easy travelling distance.
The covered seating area with panoramic views of the Grisons mountains and the Domleschg / Viamala invites you to enjoy an extended barbecue. There are also two car parking spaces directly in front of the house.
Very quiet location, no traffic noise. In spring and autumn with the sound of cow and goat bells! Ideal to switch off and enjoy!
Conditions/extras
- Pets not allowed- Access also to the laundry room of the house for ski and hiking boots (drying room).
- The ‘landlord’, who lives upstairs, is happy to give good tips for excursions, or good restaurants, hiking routes, ski areas, wellness, etc.
