Access road to the chalet easily accessible.Sports: Ski lifts/chair lift Sarn-Heinzenberg and toboggan run within a few minutes by car from the house. Very family-friendly and inexpensive skiing area on the Heinzenberg. Post bus connection in the village to the ski lift or to Thusis, with good shopping facilities, forest swimming pool ec.

Further information about the flat:
- When booking with 2 adults with 3 or 4 children, the second double room in the basement is not used and all children can sleep in the dormitory. This results in a price reduction for you.
- Rental deposit: CHF 150.00 (will be collected on arrival and refunded upon clean return).
- Basic cleaning (broom clean) is the responsibility of the guest.
- Towels are to be brought by the guest.
- A refuse bag is provided. Additional refuse sacks can be obtained on site for a fee.
