Description
A beautiful detached 2 family chalet, central heated, separate entrance for each apartment.Parking by the house. Sunny and quiet location in the village at 1000m altitude with panoramic views on a fantastic mountain scenery. Several shopping centers, banks, restorations and a swimming pool and tennis courts just at a few minutes drive from Thusis. Railway connections, Skiing area Sarn-Heinzenberg and toboggan a few minutes from the house. Postbus stop in the village pets on request.

Conditions/extras
For hire the aparment just for 2 persons (seasonal different): special price on demand. This apartment can be hire in combination with the other apartment "Rehkitz" in this holiday house (2-10 people) for a longer duration (special price on demand). Visitor's fee: not inclusive. Final cleaning with pets: additional CHF 30.00. For paying in € we take the exchange of the dayBed linen and visitor´s fee: on request.
