Bedroom:
2 bedrooms: A cosy bedroom with French bed (160*200) and internet connection. A large bedroom with 2 to 4 single beds (90*200) or 2 double beds (180*200). Both bedrooms are equipped with a chest of drawers and bed linen.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a bathtub with shower screen, washbasin and WC. Hairdryer and bathroom linen are provided and are included in the rental price.

Living area:
An open-plan living room with kitchen/dining area with a fantastic view of the mountains. In the living room there is a sofa with reading lamp, a Swedish stove, internet connection, TV, three stools, a large table with bench and 4 chairs.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob, oven, large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Tschibo coffee machine (capsules can be bought from the landlord), toaster, blender and a raclette and fondue set.

Entertainment:
WLAN in the entire flat (free of charge), flatscreen TV with 12 TV and 10 radio stations, board games, children's toys and books.

Baby package:
Baby cot, child seat, changing mat and potty can be provided on request. Please contact the landlord in advance.

The studio is located on the ground floor and includes a living/dining area, a very spacious kitchen and a separate bathroom (shower/WC).

The bathroom has a disabled shower, washbasin, urinal and WC. Hairdryer and bathroom linen available.

Living area:
An open-plan living room with kitchen/dining area with a fantastic view of the mountains. The living room has a large table with bench and chairs.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and has an induction hob, oven, large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine incl. beans for free use, toaster, blender and a raclette and fondue set.

Entertainment:
WLAN in the whole flat (free of charge, can be switched off)

Please note that the boiler room is located on the same floor. Noise from the heating (switching on/off, pump) cannot be avoided. The noises are not loud, but can be perceived as disturbing by very noise-sensitive people!
