The 3 ½ room apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has a spacious living room (TV, DVD, stereo) with balcony and 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed (200x90), a separate crib (120x60), a closet and a small desk. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180x200), 2 bedside tables and a closet. Additional sleeping facilities (2 wardrobe beds) are located in the living room. The living room as well as the adjacent balcony offer an unobstructed view of the valley and the neighboring mountains. The bright dining niche for 6 people is adjacent to the open, fully equipped kitchen. A spacious wardrobe is located in the entrance area. WC and bathroom are separate.

Description

The cozy 3 ½ room apartment is located in the center of the village of Pany. The post bus stop and guest information are directly at the vacation center. Grocery store and restaurant are only 100m away from the apartment. In front of the house is a large children's playground with sandbox.

 

Winter: Family-friendly ski lift with ski school. Post bus line with stop in front of the house and stop at the ski lift. Cross-country ski trails, well-maintained winter hiking trails and sledding trails in the immediate vicinity. Unique skiing and snowshoeing area in St. Antönien.

The indoor swimming pool in the resort is accessible to guests of the vacation apartment (end of September to mid-May). Please note that at the moment it can only be used by reservation.

Summer: An idyllic outdoor swimming pool at the upper edge of the village, an adventure farm and family-friendly hiking trails. Via ferrata and family climbing garden in St. Antönien.
