Nature day "Forest with heart and head

Description

Nature and especially the forest have been proven to have a positive effect on the well-being and health of people. This is because immersion in the atmosphere of the forest - "bathing in the forest" - regenerates the nervous system, the body, the mind and contributes significantly to health promotion.

The forest is also the habitat of up to 30,000 living creatures, which is 40% of all species found in Switzerland. They form biocoenoses and numerous forest types, which are also very different in their effect on humans. The forest is a multi-talent!

Would you like to come on a journey into nature, experience the many positive effects of forest bathing in the morning, and in the afternoon, after a lunch of forest herbs on the fire, learn about the forest from the perspective of a local forester?

What do you need:
Clothing:
I always recommend clothes adapted to the weather, in "onion skin". In the forest it often feels a bit cooler because of the humidity. In addition, we move slowly and without effort and we also sit for a while. A waterproof jacket, pants and shoes are ideal for rainy weather. A jacket, as the case may be, is also useful in warm temperatures. I also recommend thin longer pants in the summer (danger of ticks!).

Shoes:
I recommend closed-toe shoes, sneakers with a good tread or hiking boots.

Tick spray:
Please spray yourselves well with a tick repellent before swimming in the woods. I recommend you check yourself for ticks after spending time in nature.
