Discover the world of fine chocolate at Merz in Chur and immerse yourself in the traditional craft of chocolate making. During a 60-minute guided tour, you will gain fascinating insights into the manufacturing process, learn interesting facts about production and take a look behind the scenes of a traditional Chur-based company.

A delightful highlight is the tasting of selected chocolate creations. In addition, each participant will make their own chocolate bar – a personal, sweet souvenir to take home.

The public chocolate tour at Merz will take place during the Schützenfest from 5 June to 5 July 2026 on selected dates in the late afternoon, provided there are enough registrations. Chur Tourism will inform you in good time if the tour is cancelled.

The tour is intended for groups of 10 to 40 people. On request, a tour can also be arranged for smaller groups; in this case, a minimum charge of CHF 290 will be applied.
