"We stayed one night before we caught the Bernina Express. The staff booked a taxi to take us to the station the next morning. The hotel is away from the centre of Chur but located next to a shopping mall with cinema and resturants and a huge slide the kids loved."

"Out of town but FREE tourist pass was excellent for short regular bus ride from front door of hotel making it very very to get around. The restaurant had limited opening hours and was fully booked so we couldn’t eat there in evenings. We therefore needed to go to town to eat. There is no bar so social space is limited to small lobby"

"The only lounge area in the hotel is the entrance with 6 chairs. The same area is used by the cleaning staff at lunch break !!! No room service. Just a help yourself station for beverages. There is only one staff at the reception and quite often you find a "Will be back in a few minutes" plaque. On the other hand rooms are spacious and comfortable (in spite of the electric switches that are complex and not working), Internet works pretty well and parking is excellent"

"I recently stayed at this lovely hotel in the west of Chur and had a really pleasant experience. It's perfectly located—right next to a bus stop, which made getting into the city centre quick and easy. Even better, it’s tucked beside a small shopping centre, so popping out for essentials or a browse was a breeze. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable—exactly what you want after a day exploring the Alps or wandering Chur’s charming old town. I had a great night’s sleep every night. Breakfast was a real highlight: good quality ingredients, a generous spread, and plenty of choice to suit all tastes. It set me up brilliantly for the day ahead. Everything you need for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. I'd definitely stay here again if I return to Chur."

"Great room and location however:- No USB charge points in the room 1 European socket, all others are Swiss configuration and being recessed doesn’t allow travel plugs to interface Hotel restaurant franchised and reservations difficult to obtain. This coupled with no room service meant that residents were unable to get an evening meal. We saw two couples being directed to restaurants in town due to no a space in the restaurant. I don’t think this is acceptable for a 4 star hotel. As a veteran business traveller, the last thing you want to do at the end of a long day is go looking for supper."
